Hi, we're Allen and Abigail.

We are a couple, madly in love, with several children (three as we write this, but we are open to more). We worked hard to take care of our family, and at times it felt like we spent more time apart than together. We wanted to change that.

​

We also wanted to change the world. When we were engaged, Allen wrote a song called "You and Me, We're Gonna Change the World." But, having kids and getting wrapped up in the mundane goings-on of life, we set those things to the side.

​

Well, we're back now, and we are going to change the world. We steward a set of God-given gifts and skills that will not be put to waste. So, together, we came up with Hidden Hollow Post.

Inspired by 1 Thessalonians 5:11, where it says, "Therefore, encourage one another and build each other up," we want to be an encouragement to you, and we want to build you up. If you are struggling, reach out — we want to encourage you. You are not alone, and we are so glad that you found us.
